Image Giants Limited Terms and conditions of business ((“IGL”) Image Giants Limited, ((“IGB”) Image Giants Brochures, (Luxury Eco Hotels) (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) Terms valid for period (2006 - 2017)

TERMS BETWEEN Customers / Clients and IGL, IGB Image Giants Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) Image Giants. Terms valid for period (2006 - 2017).

1. Definitions and interpretation

1.1 In these Terms the following definitions apply: Customer or client means a party, organisation or sponsor whom IGL, IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) supplies Services to; Order Form means the document issued by IGL IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) setting out (1) a description of the Services (2) the Price (3) any other relevant matters. Price means the price for the Services as set out on the Order Form (VAT will be charged where applicable) Services means the services to be provided by IGL, IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) to the Customer in accordance with the Terms as set out on the Order Form; Terms means the standard terms set out in these terms and conditions of business.

1.2 Any changes to these Terms are valid, It is down to the customer to ensure that any updates to the terms are viewed via the website in the section called terms and conditions of IGL, IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) and the Customer.

1.3 Unless authorised in writing by IGL, IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme), employees’ or agents’ representations concerning the Services are not valid.

1.4 Any error or omission in any sales brochure, quotation, price list, acceptance
or offer, invoice or other material issued by IGL, IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) (whether typographical, clerical or otherwise) may be corrected by IGL, IG Brochures,  Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) without any liability on the part of IGL, IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme).

1.5 If there is any conflict between the Order Form and the Terms, the Order
Form shall prevail.

2 Appointment

2.1 The Customer appoints IGL, IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) to provide Services in accordance with the Order Form. The Terms apply to the Services set out in the Order Form . No other terms will apply to the provision of the Services.

3 The Order Form

3.1 The quantity, quality and description of the Services shall be as set out in the
Order Form.

3.2 It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to ensure the Services set out
on the Order From meet its requirements.

3.3 IGL, IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) may make changes to the Services in order to conform with any legal requirements or which do not materially affect their quality or performance.

3.4 The Customer shall at its own expense supply IGL, IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) with all necessary materials and information required to provide the Services in accordance with these Terms. If a failure by the Customer to provide materials or information causes IGL, IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) to miss a dead line, the deadline shall be deemed to be extended by the period of the Customer’s delay.

4 Price and Payment

4.1 IGL, IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) shall invoice the Customer for the Services per delivery in advance.

4.2 Unless the subject of a genuine dispute, the Customer shall pay the Price
within either 14 or 30 calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice (the “Due Date”). IGL, IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) retains the right to offer early settlement discounts off the total cost of the services set out on the order form in return for early payment.

4.3 The Price does not include VAT which the Customer shall pay in addition to the
Price at the rate prevailing on the date of the invoice. Depending on the customers physical location VAT may or may not be applicable. If the customer is located in the United Kingdom the customer agrees as per the terms and conditions that the total price does not include VAT and as such VAT shall be added to the invoice raised for the services set out on the order form.

4.4 Should the Customer fail to make any payment in full on the Due Date under
this agreement, IGL, IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) may charge interest on the outstanding amount. Such interest shall accrue on a daily basis at the rate of 8% above the base rate of Barclays Bank PLC from time to time from the due date until the date of payment, whether before or after judgment.

4.5 If, because of a factor beyond the control of IGL, IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme), the cost to IGL Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) of providing the Services increases, IGL, IG Brochures,Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) may before delivery increase the Price of the Services.

4.6 The Customer will pay the Price for the Services.

4.7 All amounts due under these Terms shall be paid in full without any deduction
or withholding other than as required by law and neither party shall be entitled to
assert any credit, set-off or counterclaim against the other party in order to justify
withholding payment of any such amount in whole or in part.


5 Programme Membership & Products & Services

5.1 IGL, IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) annual fee is charged at the rate set out on the order form and invoiced always on the original contract date annually. The minimum contract term of membership is 36 months. All annual membership fees must be paid in full within the 14 or 30 day invoice period. Annual fees shall run from the date of the signed contract and shall be invoiced either 14 or 30 days in advance of the date of the annual contract.

5.2 IGL, IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) has a minimum contract term of 36 months as per the signed contract.

5.3 Cancellation of any contract including Go Green Membership, IG Brochures or any other contract is required in writing to IGL, IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) 6 months in advance of the renewal date on all years including year 4. Unless cancellation of the membership has been received in writing 6 months before the rolling contract is due to be invoiced for annual renewal, all renewals including year 4 invoice shall be due for payment without dispute. The customer recognises it is the responsibility of the member customer to make any cancellations in writing within the 6 month cancellation policy in writing. The customer agrees that IGL, IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) has made these terms as well as the membership period and cancellation period as easy as possible to understand. Terms are available online to clients and on the LEH website as well as provided to clients by email on request and terminology on order forms and contracts stipulating contract subject to standard terms and conditions available on request.

5.4 Any unpaid annual membership fees, contract fees or maintenance fees which pass 14 days or 30 days depending on invoice payment terms issued by IGL, IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) shall be liable to a 15% late payment penalty per invoice.

5.5 In the event of any invoices not being paid on time IGL,  IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) reserves the right to charge legal fees due in the event that IGL,  IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) has to appoint lawyers with debt recovery to secure unpaid invoices. Additional
fees shall also be added including interest at 8%. 

5.6 IGL,  IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) shall not be liable to the Customer (whether in contract, tort, including negligence and breach of duty, or otherwise at law) for any:

5.6.1 indirect or consequential loss; and/or

5.6.2 loss of profits, revenue or goodwill of the Customer.

6.1 IGL,  IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury if caused by its own negligence or for fraud.

6.2 IGL,  IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) reserves the right to update the terms and conditions of business between the customer and all business divisions and products and services. The customer agrees that because terms are available upon request and all terms sent are by online link which is on a website - that all terms can be updated by IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) without notice to the client. The client agrees that it is the responsibility of the client to check for any terms and conditions updates.

7 Termination

7.1 Either party may terminate these Terms immediately by notice in writing if
the other party:

7.1.1 commits a material breach of any of the Terms (including without limitation late payment) and, if such breach is capable of remedy, fails to remedy the breach within 30 days of receiving notice from the terminating party specifying the breach and requiring the breach to be remedied;

7.1.2 enters into liquidation whether compulsorily or voluntarily (otherwise
than for the purposes of a solvent amalgamation or reconstruction);

7.1.3 becomes insolvent;

7.1.4 ceases or threatens to cease to carry on business;

7.1.5 compounds or makes any voluntary arrangement with its creditors;

7.1.6 is the subject of a notice of appointment of an administrator, or a
notice of intention to appoint an administrator or liquidator.

7.2 The expiry or termination of these Terms for any reason shall not affect any
rights and/or obligations:

7.2.1 accrued before the date of termination or expiry; or

7.2.2 expressed or intended to continue in force after and despite expiry or
termination.

7.3 The Customer shall not following the termination of these Terms for any reason represent itself as being connected with IGL, IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme).

7.4 On termination of these Terms (for a breach by the Customer) all outstanding or uninvoiced Prices shall become immediately payable.

8 Confidentiality

8.1 In this clause 8, Confidential Information means all technical, commercial and
financial information, product information, trade secrets, know-how and all information relating to the plans, intentions, market opportunities, affairs and/or business of a party and its Group companies and/or its or their customers and/or suppliers, and the Terms;

8.2 IGL, IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) has the right under these contract terms to share information with companies in relation to the success of another customer in the form of reports or bookings generated via these reports. IGL, IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) has displayed testimonials from clients in relation to success on the brochure product by

8.3 The obligation of confidence shall not apply when the confidential info:

8.3.2 was in the possession of the recipient prior to disclosure by the other party
without restriction on disclosure or use;

8.3.3 is subsequently acquired from a third party without any obligation of
confidence;

8.3.4 is or becomes generally available to the public through no act or default of
the recipient; or

8.3.5 is disclosed on a confidential basis for the purposes of obtaining professional advice.

8.4 This clause 8 shall continue in force notwithstanding the expiry or termination of these Terms, whatever the reason for such termination.

8.5 Disclosure of the Price paid by the Customer to any other IGL,  IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) Customer is confidential and may result in recuperation of lost revenue if necessary by IGL,  IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) from the Customer.

9 Intellectual Property Rights

9.1 IGL,  IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) owns all the IP Rights to all IG Brochures. For specific info including the full copyright policy can be requested by contacting IGL, IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) by email. IGL, IG Brochures,  Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) retains the right to place any produced works on its website for demonstration purposes only. The customer can request at any stage to have displayed work removed by emailing IGL,  IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme).

10 General

10.1 Time is not of the essence in relation to the performance of the obligations of IGL, IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) under these Terms.

10.2 Notices between the Customer and IGL, IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) relating to these Terms shall be in writing. Notices shall either be delivered personally or sent by first class post or fax to their registered office. Notices if delivered by hand shall be treated as received when delivered, if sent by first class post 48 hours after posting, if sent by air-mail post 72 hours after posting and if sent by fax when sent.

10.3 These Terms are the entire agreement between the Customer and IGL,  IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) and replaces all previous agreements between them relating to the same subject matter.

10.4 Neither the Customer or IGL,  IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) shall be liable if it breaches these Terms as a result of circumstances which are beyond its reasonable control, provided that as soon as is reasonably practicable it gives notice to the other party. For these purposes acts of omissions by the employees, sub-contractors, developers, agents and representatives of either party are within that party’s control.

10.5 Unless these Terms provide otherwise, nothing in it creates a partnership or employment relationship between the Customer and IGL,  IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) or makes one party the agent of the other.

10.6 The Customer may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or objections under them without the prior written consent of the other (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed).

10.7 The Customer and IGL, IG Brochures,  Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) confirm that they do not intend any third party to have the right to enforce any provision of these Terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise.

10.8 If any provision of these Terms are found under the laws of any jurisdiction
to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality or enforceability of that
provision in that jurisdiction shall not in any way affect the validity, legality or enforceability of all the provisions of these Terms in any other jurisdiction.

10.9 The Customer and IGL, IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) shall attempt to substitute for any invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision a valid, legal and enforceable provision which achieves to the greatest extent possible the economic, legal and commercial objectives of the invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision.

10.10 All terms of this agreement which by their nature ought to survive termination will continue to be effective after this agreement has expired or been terminated.

10.11 The laws of England and Wales shall govern these Terms. The Customer and IGL, IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. The customer agrees that the laws of England and Wales shall govern these terms, however in the event of the contract being in dispute or unpaid fees that IGL, IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) shall appoint legal aid in the country of origin of the customer to secure payment of unpaid invoices.

10.12 IGL,  IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) reserves the right to update the terms and conditions of business between the customer and all business divisions and products and services. The customer agrees that because terms are available upon request and all terms sent are by online link which is on a website - that all terms can be updated by IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) without notice to the client. The client agrees that it is the responsibility of the client to check for any terms and conditions updates.

12 Cancellation

 12.1 Should the customer at any point during membership wish to cancel the membership, or any products or services provided to the customer, the customer must pay in full the outstanding full membership fee for the remainder of the duration of the contract, e.g should the customer wish to cancel the membership in year 1 after paying the membership fee then year 2 and year 3 annual membership fees shall be due to be paid to cancel the membership.

12.2 Notice of cancellation must be provided in writing with 30 days notice.

12.3 Should the customer cancel the membership in writing IGL,  IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) retains the right to continue to use the customer branding and profile feature for the full contract duration.

13. Domain Names & URL's

13.1 All domain names shall be owned by IGL,  IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme)

13.2 Should the customer wish to cancel the membership IGL,  IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) SWL will retain all domain names and urls of all products and services created for the customer even when the membership has been cancelled.

13.3 IGL, IG Brochures,  Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) will purchase the most relevant domain names which are commensurate with the products and services IGL,  IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) has been appointed to undertake work on. These domain names shall be used by IGL Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) as the company wishes.

14. Media Pack & Programme Information
14.2 IGL, IG Brochures,  Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) will produce media pack with all information on the membership and programme which will feature client branding and client work as the company see's fit to present under the main url https://www.luxuryecohotels.com/pages/membership

14.2 The IGL,  IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) media pack shall be used to inform new members who wish to join the programme membership. This includes detailed information on the membership.

14.4 All revenue generated from membership shall be paid to IGL, IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme). In the event that revenue is paid to third parties as part of the programme - IGL, IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) shall decide the rates of this revenue, the dates of such payments and the amounts of such payments.


14.4 IGL,  IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) retains the right to change any of the costs of membership as well as terms at any stage of any contract.

14.5 IGL,  IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) retains the right to change any of the programme features or operations of the programme without any notice to the customer.

14.6 IGL, IG Brochures,  Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) retains the right to select and feature any partners or members without restriction.


14.7 IGL,  IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) is not responsible for lack of response or results to members of the programme, all information outlined in the media pack is deemed to be true and if any complaints are made by members relating to response or performance IGL,  IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) shall not be held accountable for performance under the programme to the customer.

14.8 IGL,  IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) any complaints or issues relating to the performance or results from the programme by the customer to IGL, IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) shall not effect in anyway any cancellation of the programme or membership. The customer agrees that the programme membership is based on conservation in action and the planting of trees and the providing of eco certifications only. The customer agrees that any other performance or results or traffic from the programme shall not effect the membership between the customer and IGL, IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme).


14.9 IGL, IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) is only responsible for managing the membership programme. IGL, IG Brochures,  Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) is not responsible for website traffic and this shall not effect the productivity of the programme or membership or the success of the programme and membership as it is judged or could be judged.


14.10 IGL,  IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) is not responsible for any complaints by customers from response rates or traffic.

15. Website Position / Search Position


15.1 IGL,  IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) is not responsible for lack of response to customers. IGL Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) is solely responsible for the management of the programme and membership. IGL,  IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) will not be held responsible should response rates or click-through rates not be high as expected. Response rates or website positioning on google including search will not effect in anyway the customer membership and will not in anyway effect the contract term of 3 years. The customer agrees that IGL, IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) is not responsible for response and agrees that IGL, IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) is only responsible for the management of the programme and membership.

15.2 IGL,  IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) is not responsible for any complaints by general public who visit any websites owned or managed by IGL, IG Brochures,  Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme). The customer agrees that IGL,  IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) is not responsible for any negative complaints or feedback by users or visitors to any of IGL, IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) websites who have been marketed to or reached in any way as a result of direct marketing. 

15.3 If IGL, IG Brochures,  Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) wishes to appoint any direct marketing company agency or 3rd party supplier to market or email broadcast, IGL,  IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) will make every effort to ensure the data distributed to has 100% confirmation that all data owned and managed by the email broadcaster is double-opt-in data and that the email broadcaster can provide proof for every email that is sent that the recipient email has double-opted in to receive emails from the email broadcaster.

15.4 IGL,  IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme)shall not be held responsible for any data which has not double-opted in to receiving emails from the appointed email broadcaster.


16. Hosting
16.1 IGL,  IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) hosts all websites through our managed data centre partner. IGL Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) will ensure that the hosting of the website has the most effective security possible.

16.2 IGL, IG Brochures,  Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) shall not be held responsible for any website down time or website outage time which is out of the control of IGL, IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme). IGL, IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) shall also not be held responsible for any security breaches of the website by any external website attacks or hacking by 3rd parties.


16.2 IGL, IG Brochures,  Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) shall not be held responsible for any security breaches which relates to data theft from any databases or systems, IGL,  IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) will ensure the website and database systems have the very best security practices in place to the companies ability based on the companies experience.

20. Programme Owner / Manager Cancellation


20.1 IGL,  IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) reserves the right to cancel and contract or membership contract or agreement with any customer within a 30 day notice. All content will remain on the website for the full period that members have paid within their contract, unless IGL, IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) refunds the customer as a result of any cancellation by IGL, IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme)

20.2 Should IGL,  IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) cancel any contract, IGL, IG Brochures,  Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) shall send a mutual release to the customer with the cancellation outlined in writing. IGL, IG Brochures,  Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) reserves the right to cancel any contract at any time.

20.3 Should IGL, IG Brochures,  Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) cancel any agreement with any customer, the customer shall be responsible to pay for the outstanding money owed for the contract duration, and IGL, IG Brochures,  Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) shall continue to manage and maintain any customer branding on the website for the full contract period.

20.4 If the customer has compromised any agreement which leads to the
cancellation of the contract then the customer shall be liable to pay
the full contract duration in full within 30 days of the cancellation mutual release as
well as any compensation and loss of earnings.


21. Conflict of Interest
21.1 IGL, IG Brochures,  Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) is not responsible for any conflict of interest caused by the agreement. The customer agrees to take full responsibility of any conflict of interest which may occur from both membership or any other agreement during the full contract period.

21.2 Should the agreement cause any conflict of interest via any
of the customers websites or 3rd party contracts with any suppliers then IGL, IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) shall not be made responsible for this.

21.3 In the event of a conflict of interest which would lead to the cancellation of any contract or a 3rd party conflict which would lead to the cancellation of any contract then the customer agrees to pay IGL, IG Brochures,  Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) the full duration of the contract fee in full within 30 days of the cancellation, and any compensation or loss of earnings.

21.4 Should the contract between both parties lead to a conflict of interest
IGL,  IG Brochures, Luxury Eco Hotels (www.luxuryecohotels.com) (Go Green Membership Programme) reserves the right to continue to use the customers branding until the end of the contract duration.


21.5 In the event that a conflict of interest caused the cancellation of a contract 
and the customer requests the agreement to be terminated with immediate effect the customer agrees to pay in full contract duration term amount within 30 days. In the event of a conflict of interest causing the cancellation of any contract with immediate effect the customer agrees to pay the full contract fee for the duration of the remainder of the contract.
